Manufactured 2025 Curator’s Notes An exuberant goblet created for Lindemans' Tarot range of strong fruit beers. The generously rounded bowl has a subtly textured interior and sits above an unusually long, elegant stem which narrows towards the foot. Even the foot has been recruited into the branding: TAROT and decorative flourishes are moulded directly into the glass.
The front carries Lindemans' name above the large Tarot lettering, accompanied by small star-like motifs. There is also a very slight hue to the glass itself — difficult to define, but enough to soften what would otherwise be completely clear glass.
The theatrical treatment suits the beer. Introduced in 2023, Lindemans Tarot d'Or and Tarot Noir were the brewery's first high-alcohol fruit beers: 8% blends combining spontaneously fermented lambic with top-fermented Belgian strong ale and fruit. The Tarot identity draws on the Belle Époque fascination with mysticism, fortune-telling and the occult.
This example was manufactured in 2025 and carries both 25cl and 33cl measures.
