Manufactured 2025 / 2022 Curator’s Notes These two Peak Beer glasses are essentially the same design in two different sizes: 33 cl and a smaller 15 cl tasting glass. Rather than treat them as separate exhibits, they are presented together here as a single design.
Both use a simple stemmed goblet form, with Peak's black branding surrounded by delicate topographical lines evoking the landscape of the High Fens. The Peak logo itself draws on three characteristic features of the region: its summit, pine trees and the wooden boardwalks that cross the fens.
A second Peak emblem is etched discreetly into the base of the bowl, directly above the stem, revealing itself as the beer is drained. It is remarkably easy to miss: it took me five months to notice it.
We first stumbled across Peak at the end of day four of a five-day walk along the Venntrilogie in May 2026, having crossed some of those same boardwalks on our way through the High Fens. A beer on the brewery terrace was particularly welcome. We liked the place enough to make a deliberate detour back at the end of the walk — which is when these glasses joined the collection.
