Capacity 33cl / 25cl
Manufactured 2016 Curator’s Notes An unusually elegant Caulier glass, with a rounded tulip bowl carried on a remarkably long, slender stem. The front bears the Caulier name beneath a heraldic-style device of two lions flanking a central C, while the reverse carries the inscription “8 by Caulier”.
The glass appears to have been intended for Caulier's stronger beers rather than one particular beer: several of the brewery's established beers have been brewed at around 8% ABV. Its restrained red branding and almost wine-glass proportions make it notably more formal than many Belgian brewery glasses.
Marked at 25cl and 33cl and manufactured in 2016. This example was acquired for 50 cents.
