Brasserie Ottintoise

Brasserie Ottintoise was a small family brewery in Ottignies, Walloon Brabant, founded in 2018. Operating from former farm buildings near the town centre, it produced beer on a small artisanal scale and presented itself very much as a local Ottignies venture.

Its range included the blond Ottignies, along with other beers such as Botroul. The brewery’s short life came to an end in 2023, when the company became inactive.

For the Museum, surviving branded glassware from Brasserie Ottintoise now provides a record of a genuinely local brewery whose existence was brief but distinctive.
