Manufactured 2017 Curator’s Notes This tasting-sized Stella Artois glass captures many of the design elements associated with the brand’s traditional glassware. The elegant stem features the intricate detailing commonly found on Stella glasses, while the gold rim adds a refined finishing touch to the classic shape.
Although only 15cl in capacity, this glass preserves the proportions and character of the larger serving versions, making it a useful example of the familiar Stella Artois design style.
Stella Artois has long played on the reputation of its chalice as a glass people are tempted to take home. In 2024, the brand turned that folklore into the “Steal Artois” campaign, even designing clothing to help customers conceal the glass. Whether it is literally the world’s most stolen beer glass is difficult to prove; the fact that Stella could plausibly build a campaign around the claim is perhaps the more interesting point.
Stella Artois received a Silver award in the International Lager category at the 2026 World Beer Awards.
